Hi All
Familar with maximising the value from Hertz, but Avis is all new to me.
AWD codes, discount code coupon code... and so on.
I have been an Avis preferred customer for a while but not rented much.
Now starting to rent cars in UK & EUR and I am being charged huge rates because I have no idea about the code structure.
I have my wizard number
Avis have assigned me an AWD number of L093590
- does this mean anything?
- would I be better saving another AWD in my profile?
- what is a rate code & when do I use it?
- the codes in the sticky of this thread are what? discount codes?
The other problem is that my login details are not accepted for the UK site.
So I have to book UK & EUR rentals thru the AUS site...
- is this normal?
(one would think that you can log in any site globally like the other companies)
