I had the privilege of flying NZ business/premiere twice between Asia and NZ recently and have to say that the flights were two of my more memorable flights to date. I have to commend NZ's impeccable service both on the ground and on board. In all my years flying to and from China i don't think i've experienced better trained Mandarin Speaking FA's. They're level of service and level of English far exceeded any of my previous experiences on other airliners. But not limited to service, i have to say i thoroughly enjoyed the business/premiere product, the IFE, and the F&B.
NZ got it right on all counts for me, an industry leader by all means.
