All Nippon Airways Mileage Club - ORD-NRT-BKK tips please

Mrs. BizClsDreaming and I are flying ANA C for the first time on NH11 (ORD-NRT) and NH915 (NRT-BKK), and want to make the most out of the experience. Already snagged 3AC (on NH11)based on the great info here.
My questions are:
1. Should I still bring my own noise cancelling headsets?
2. At ORD we use the RCC Lounge. Any choices there?
2. A NRT any special lounge we should aim for?

Return we're on TG642 BKK-NRT then NH02 NRT-IAD: any tips to make the most of those segments?

We'll be flying domestic TG C (BKK-KBV return), so any tips on lounges, etc. at BKK?

You are taking your wife to BKK? I believe that is your first mistake! I kid, you will have fun in Krabi, great area to relax and enjoy the beach. Cant help you with your questions about the lounge, but you will love Thailand!

No choice at ORD, use UA RCC at C16, your NH gate is at the nearby C10.

No special lounge in NRT, it is either NH lounge or UA RCC.
If you use UA RCC for the shower, you will get a nice H2O shower kit vs one time use shampoo packets in NH showers.

I like the hot noodles of NH lounge at NRT. They also have "SAKE" bar where you get to try a variety of Japanese rice wine. I recommend SQ Lounge at BKK. They have better food than TG lounge.

Thanks for that info. We have about 3 hrs in NRT, so I think sampling both lounges will be the plan (RCC shower at the least!)
