I will be flying from PVG->HND and the cheapest routing that came up was PVG-ICN on KE (CZ code share) and ICN-HND on OZ. Will KE interline my baggage for this flight?

You might want to check your routing - are you sure Asiana will fly you from ICN-HND?

IIRC, OZ (as well as Korean Air, JAL, and ANA) fly from GMP (Seoul-Gimpo) to HND (Tokyo-Haneda). If you are connecting through ICN (Seoul-Incheon), you will almost certainly arrive at NRT (Tokyo-Narita), much further from the city. If you want to fly from the downtown airport in Shanghai to the downtown airport in Tokyo, you should search from SHA (Shanghai-Hongqiao) to HND, perhaps with a connection at GMP.

As for your original question, if you're on one ticket you should have no problem interlining your bags.

Neither you nor I were aware of ICN-HND flights by OZ. I certainly thought it was only GMP-HND, but they DO appear to fly from ICN, as well

or looked at another way, no they don't!

So, you're right. No-one actually flies from ICN-HND, it's just that some booking engines think that ICN=GMP.

Yes, they do. BUt only on Saturdays...(?)
