Isn't this like... stalking?
Isn't this like... stalking?
That exact thought crossed my mind!

If I were this poor woman's husband, partner friend or employer I'd be very unhappy to think that anyone would help this individual in any way. Surely any response can only add to the risk of the job. If posts like this are not against the site's rules then I suggest that a change is in order.

Don't do it; the guy just joined FT this month. How do you know you not helping someone like the jerk/criminal that taped Erin Andrews?

I don't see any issue with providing the name of the Crew Hotel, but I think providing her contact information would be a serious breach of privacy...
Cheers,

Would never dream of giving out her info. Would just pass on his e-mail address to her and then it's her choice. I'd hate someone to give out my details!

To clearify, I dont asked for anyones address, I just asked for the name of the Crew Hotel. She gave me her email and her phone on a paper, I was so stupid and lost it.
Sorry if I have broken the forum rules, but to get named as a stalker is a little bit too much, you dont think so?
Dear Tibs94, thank you for you offer, but I would prefer not to announce her name, I am sure that is not what she want. I just like to find out the name of the Hotel...!
BTW, I joined this community years ago, but with a different User ID, as I can see the responses now it was better to to so.
Apologizes again to thoose who felt troubled, this was not my intention!
If you know the name of the person, would it be better to write a card or note and ask the GM at Pearson to pass it on to the individual you are seeking? This may be a bit more passive and, maybe to her, less confrontational. This gives her the option to reconnect with you.
BTW, I thought having multiple handles was verbotten, and members of FT are permitted one name change if requested.
How would divulging the hotel at which the crew stays really violate anyone's privacy?
If one were determined, one could hang out outside immigration at the airport and follow the gaggle of crew (who are usually anything but inconspicuous) to their van/bus/hotel shuttle and find out where it's headed.

i doubt its such a huge issue finding out where the crew stays in a particular city. I wouldnt divulge it here myself, even if I knew.
Search Facebook, and message her directly if you find her. Waiting for her at the hotel is probably "bad game" regardless.

All said & done but I would have surely known where/how to keep the contact info if I did fall in love with a person.
Looks like either this is a pure case of obsession by the OP as for sure he did not value the it.:td:
The OP is NOT worth  of any help from any quarters in my rule book.

I have had the hot's for many of the EK cuties over the years, they really make me feel special, but then that's their job.
Skyman, what Tib's said was send him a PM that is a personal message just click on his name to the left of his name and select "Send Personal Message to..", this can only be read by you and him, it is not posting a name for everybody to see.
My father advice me once never to get involved with any female airline crew member !!!

dude. That's kinda creepy thing to go to hotel where FA's are staying. As it's been said by other members, stalking is the right description for this. LOL.

You should read the posting more carefully.
He apparently meet her before and SHE gave him her email and phone number (which he was stupid enough to loose) so he was looking for help.
I hope the help from Tibs94 helped the thread opener and he could indeed see her again ^ (Yes I want to know how it went :p )
PS: I fly Emirates tomorrow.. shall I ask the crew if they know someone who met a guy in Toronto? ;)

Yuropflyer. No need for clarification.
Would you want some guy waiting at a hotel where your daughter was staying because he supposedly lost the contact number/email after a casual meeting in an airplane?
Comprehend this. It's not only awkward, but also rather naive for the poor soul waiting for the girl to show up.
Wishful thinking though. I guess the girl must be amazingly beautiful.

No problem with comprehension; I just don't believe his story.
