I'm a 34 year old single Asian guy and was thinking of going on my 4th trip Japan and 3rd trip to Tokyo Motor Show (runs Oct 24 to Nov 4). I plan to spend probably 3 days at TMS and since I've seen quite a bit of Japan already, I was thinking of spending some time in Korea (never been there).
I'd really like to take a tour of the DMZ and go inside those temp buildings T1 and/or T2. I'd also want to see some of Seoul. I'm not much of an art person but some cultural stuff I'm interested in. I am more into cars, electronics and gadgets. (Definitely plan to hit Akihabara in Tokyo. :D)
How long should I spend in Korea? Are the certain days that the DMZ tours don't run? I've got to book an airplane ticket pretty quick and it seems there's a HUGE price variance depending on what days the flights are.
Any cool electronics factories I can visit in/near Seoul?
