Don't bother - the place is a 3-star that thinks it is a 4-star. I've stayed there several times over the past few years (courtesy of Hotwire).
The wireless internet does not work in the rooms. The signal is based in the lobby, and is so weak by the time it reaches the rooms themselves that it is impossible to hold a connection.
The carpet and furniture is aged (not antique, just old and worn), and they charge a small fortune for self-parking. The only saving grace is the restaurant, but when you're in downtown Toronto you are missing a plethora of great culinary options by eating there.
You are much better off booking 4-star options on Hotwire which will get you the Sheraton, Hilton or Westin at $80 per night or less.
