Etihad is introducing a daily service from CPT from October. They are offering some incredible introductory fares - to Europe, in particular. R2000 ($267) to LHR in Y and R14600 ($1950) in J! Bookable through May 2010 with a few blackout periods.

If you wanna talk something cheap then let me tell you what I bought recently on Etihad: Karachi-AUH-ORD in First class round trip for USD 2,775.

:confused: I can still see them. Just checked for random dates in October and they were there. Well for Y anyway. It seems the cheapest available J fare is now R19650. Still not too shabby.

I got a notification about the fares from a TA - I wonder if they have access to buckets not shown on the Etihad web site?
