Asiana Club - Fantastic crew morale

I was recently one evening at the Regal hotel at Hong Kong airport. I was down in the bar when an entire Asiana crew in uniform dropped by --- both cockpit and cabin crew. I have rarely seen such a happy group of people. Constant laughter... Most of the cabin crew had non-alcoholic beverages but there were 2 or 3 glasses of wine that they shared in addition. I have never flown Asiana but I just might now. A happy crew will make for a happy flight...

You should give them a try. It is not the seat or the lounge which makes OZ great. It is the genuine service of the crew.

I wonder why they are all in uniform in the hotel bar ?

I know any crew once they checkin, they undress and go shopping, or when they checkout, they are on their way to the airport, doesn't make too much sense to me. No one like to weat their uniform when they are off duty, especially wearing that ugly hat OZ have.

I have asked the FA to wear their hats to take a pic with me, none of them want to wear it at all.

The flight arrives late evening into HKG.

oh yes, I get and I see great service in economy class when I fly OZ.

a young FA helping an english-limited old lady with every immigration steps made me smile.
