KLM Flying Dutchman - Aer Lingus (w/KLM code) to KLM Trans-Atlantic

Hi all,

I'm looking at booking flights to/from Dublin on a shared NW/KLM itinerary, with EI operated flights to/from DUB. When I go to check-in for the return flight to AMS, will I be subject to EI's intra-Europe baggage rules, EI's international baggage rules or KLM's international baggage rules? I've looked in each place and am horridly confused.

I am a Northwest/Delta elite and am looking at flying NW metal out of MSP or KL metal elsewhere across the pond.

Thanks!

Hi n301dp,

Aer Lingus code shares with KLM between DUB and AMS.

Basically, all EI flights sold as KL will allow the full KL baggage allowance (including the extra if status holder).
