Las Vegas - Venetian/Palazzo Host Contact

I'm trying to help a friend. He doesn't have a host assigned at either property despite logging significant play of $100-500/hand his last trip. He receives comp offers but wants to speak to a host on some specific dates but the general casino host line is never answered when he calls.

Anybody have a specific person he can contact?

There's usually always a host available to answer a call during casino marketing hours. I would just call up casino marketing again to be transferred to a host.
