JetBlue TrueBlue - Help locate lost luggage JFK

JetBlue lost our luggage on flight Buffalo to JFK 5 days ago(or was it stolen?). Has anyone had any success in retrieving theirs and how did u do this. We are desperate and JetBlue don't care. To make a claim they want receipts. Who has those for 10pairs of underwear, jumpers,PJ's and Tshirts bought from NY street stalls. Can't afford to replace items and am desperate to locate bag. We have returned to our country so visiting JFK is not an option.Helllp!!

Hey don't feel so bad. Some dude from Nova Scotia had his Guitar smashed by United Airlines. It cost him $1,200 and United gave him a really hard time. He had to produce a viral video to get United to pay up!
