The old style Heys are on sale in Costco (Ontario) Canada (Red, Silver & Black only) for CAN$35 plus tax :)
This (http://www.ebags.com/heys_usa/xcase_20_lightweight_carry_on/product_detail/index.cfm?modelid=56285) is the newer style, the older style is the same except it opens like a book (attached on the long side rather than on the bottom. Weighs under 6lbs.
