um...isn't this a repost of your yvr-nrt-sin-nrt-yvr post (http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/jal-mileage-bank/999016-yvr-nrt-sin-nrt-yvr.html)? I know you reverse the direction but I doubt that will make a difference in the experience :p
What exactly you want to know. You will have a better luck if you can be a bit more specific (e.g. flight dates, number, class of service, and what exactly you want to know about the experience)
Here are what I know:
NRT-YVR has been upgraded to JAL Flat Shell seats on Sept 1 2009
Random search shows NRT-YVR has a 3 class config and is sold as 2. The config is L12 (http://www.jal.co.jp/en/aircraft/conf/744.html).
They usually use a long haul aircraft with premium economy seats on one of the two daily flights to SIN.
Oh almost forgot...Welcome to JAL forum :)

How many flights are there for SIN-NRT and NRT-YVR respectively.
What plane do they use on these 2 routes (i heard that SIN-NRT is a 777-300ER if i'm not wrong)
The seats and entertaiment too :D Thank you.

JAL Timetable (http://www.jal.co.jp/en/inter/time/)
JAL operates 7 weekly NRT-YVR flights (daily NRT-YVR; YVR-NRT on day 23567, two flights on Tue and Fri). Timetable is here (http://www.jal.co.jp/inter/time/pdf/america0910_1003.pdf) (page 9 and 10). Seats are JAL Flat Shell (http://www.jal.co.jp/en/inflight/inter/executive/c_seat/index1.html) in business class.
For SIN-NRT is twice daily (Timetable here (http://www.jal.co.jp/inter/time/pdf/asia0910_1003.pdf) on page 29 and 30).
Even though the advanced preview of the timetable shows 777-200ER as the aircraft on both flights, I am seeing JL712/711 operated using 777-200ER, 767-300ER, and 747-400 in November. So it really depends on the date of departure if you are flying on JL712/711.
And of course the seat changes too depending on the aircraft. 763 has Skyluxe (http://www.jal.co.jp/en/inflight/inter/executive/c_seat/index2.html) and I am seeing JAL Flat Shell (http://www.jal.co.jp/en/inflight/inter/executive/c_seat/index1.html) on 772 and 744. When using 744 on Nov 13, I do see a 3 class config sold as 2 class and the Solo (http://www.jal.co.jp/en/inflight/inter/first/f_seat/index1.html) seat is used as business class seats). As mentioned in my previous post, when 777 is used, they usually use a long haul config on this route. So the premium economy seats are used as economy seats.
For IFE, JAL has Magic-III on all 767 and 777. For 744, you either get MAGIC-I or II (and III if you are REALLY lucky. I think I have only been on a 744 with MAGIC-III twice in the last 10 years flying with JAL and that's a few years ago. I don't know if that aircraft still exists or not. They might have reconfigured or converted it already). Out of the three, IFE MAGIC-I is the oldest with the least options and worst sound quality. MAGIC-II isn't that much better but has 1-2 more channels and better games. MAGIC-III is AVOD. You can see the program detail here (http://www.jal.co.jp/en/inflight/inter/jen/).

Any possibility for a A/C change to a 777-300ER for NRT-YVR ?
what type of 777 is used for SIN-NRT ?

777-200ER
Very unlikely for JAL to switch NRT-YVR to 777-300ER in the near future. YVR is more like a resort route to JAL. It took them forever to introduce the JAL Flat Shell seats on NRT-YVR route. But JAL does have a 8 unfilled 777-300ER orders (including the ones will be used on LAX and ORD routes) and is in the process of phasing out their 744 passenger fleet...you just have to wait for the next delivery and hope they pick YVR to deploy the new metal (I have been waiting for almost 2 years for 773 to come to LAX ;))
If you really want to fly on 777-300ER, you can connect at either SFO or LAX. JAL uses their latest products on SFO flights and will upgrade LAX to 773 on October 25.
