Not sure if anyone has heard of this program/company.
Corporate Lodging Consultants:

You can create your own small business and sign up for their hotel program, at discounted rates.
They charge $4.95/night on top of the hotels rates that are listed when you sign in.
You don't get any points/miles for these stays, but if you are looking for a quick cheap hotel, this could be a decent option.
Did anyone used their service and know what kind of rates compard to other sites offering discount?

I've been a member with them for a few years now.
The hotels vary throughout each city, i.e. locations and pricing.
They average about 20-40% lower than the hotels own website.
If you sign up, they mail you a card, that you must present upon check in to get the rate. After sign up, you can enroll your online account, and have access to the rates and hotels and their features. After you checkout, the hotel bills CLC, who in turn will process the charges and charge your debit/credit card.

Any way to see the list of hotels they have available without signing up? Can anyone share their experiences with purchased stays? Is there a good mix of mid-range/4-star hotels?

No you have to sign up before you can view the hotels and prices.
I've used them dozens of times, and only once have I had a problem, which was the hotels fault for giving me the wrong room, not CLC. The hotel gave me 2 free nights due to their problem.
You get late check outs free when you book with CLC.
The hotels are mostly economy and mid-scale.
Radisson, Holiday Inn, Super 8, etc.
