Asia - Cambodia Dairy Queen serves beerView Full Version : Cambodia Dairy Queen serves beer turpwa Oct 5, 09, 11:14 pm Suprised that at the airport, DQ a hot dog and a beer all in one place MrZhu Oct 5, 09, 11:26 pm Mr Zhu finds this post shady. Mr Zhu wonders if you are a spy speaking in code? rjh Oct 6, 09, 9:10 am Suprised that at the airport, DQ a hot dog and a beer all in one place First trip to the Kingdom? :p turpwa Oct 13, 09, 10:06 am No code here, the DQ does serve beer, probably much to the dismay of the corportation. Soft serve is good, hot dogs are excellent. Check it out if you are at the airport. gj83 Oct 13, 09, 10:10 am I'm more surprised that someone actually orders something other than ice cream at DQ. The times I did I got sick. Michael Oct 13, 09, 2:06 pm I'm more surprised that someone actually orders something other than ice cream at DQ. The times I did I got sick. I agree - ice cream at the Pochentong DQ was always one of the best things about a trip to the airport! I never knew anyone who ate one of their hot dogs though... turpwa Oct 14, 09, 4:37 pm I doubt you got sick from eating at DQ. Espcecially if you have travelled at all in Asia, the standards of QVSC are among the best. I believe that DQ is the American best seller of hot dogs. Not a big hot dog fan myself, but I do enjoy the DQ dog. Ice cream is absolutely the best. GJ83 should contact the company about his sickness complaint. turpwa Oct 14, 09, 4:39 pm Sorry about the double posting, since I am a DQ fan, is there a DQ in Cambodia besides airport pp? mgmsteven Oct 14, 09, 8:20 pm Maybe a bit OT but McDonald's serves beer in some countries. turpwa Oct 15, 09, 12:35 am Yes I have seen beer offered in MCD in Europe dsquared37 Oct 20, 09, 8:36 pm I've never had the ice cream at the DQ in Pochentong, however it doesn't surprise me they serve beer. At many restaurants beer is cheaper than water (definitely the case during happy hours).... Beer, the new water. |
