Air New Zealand Air Points - NZ at SYD

I was wondering if NZ employ its own staff at SYD? I noticed both check in and Lounge staff predominantly wear the NZ Uniform or are they QF staff, who I thought would wear the QF Uniform (which is actually much nicer than the NZ Uniform).

While I have never had any bad experiences with QF at check in, I have heard from friends who have encountered rude, surly and indifferent agents.

There are a couple of NZ employed agents at SYD. The rest of the staff are employed by QF.

Next time try a counter with the QF staff on it :)

I recent months NZ has threaten to take the contract off QF, I would suppose they would just get some more NZ employed stuff. They have already changed the ground engineering to CX.
