Air France Frequence Plus - Issues with AirFrance website?

Hi,

I'm trying to select seats and request a special meal on my AF flight for next week, but anytime I enter my record locator and last name, the website returns an error that says "Our reservation tool is currently unavailable.
We are doing our best to restore the functionality in the shortest terms." anyone else having this issue? I tried the .fr, .us, and .com sites and get the same error. I've been getting this error for the last 2 days.

Their website problems make me want to throw my computer out of the window somedays. :mad: Try to make a promo award reservation on their Flying Blue page and you will see what I mean. Hope you have better luck than me.

I find it sometimes works for me if I enter the ticket number rather than the record locator.

Alternatively, try the KLM site, it sometimes works when the AF site does not.

PS Forgot to add: Have you tried emptying your cache etc?

It seems to not work on a single booking only for days, maybe even weeks. All other bookings work...
