Other Asian, Australian and South Pacific Frequent Flyer Programs - Thumbs up for Air Tahiti (domestic within French Polynesia)

Last month my wife and I flew on Air Tahiti (the domestic airline which is a completely separate entity from Air Tahiti Nui, which flies internationally) from Papeete to Moorea to Bora Bora and finally back to Papeete, on a special combined ticket the airline sells. The airline was quite fine. Clean, comfortable seats and cabin, nicely cooled when we boarded even though the planes were always sitting in the hot, tropical sun. Not much for the flight attendants to do on such short hops, but they did it well.

FWIW, you'd probably pick your seat according to which side of the airline might have the best view of the islands--I think the view was best on the right side heading into Moorea and on the left into Bora Bora--but it seemed like the front row had the best leg room.
