SAS EuroBonus - U.S. credit or charge card with EuroBonus rewards?

I live in the United States and fly to Norway every summer. I would like to get a U.S. credit card that accrues reward miles valid for travel on SAS, my preferred carrier.

From looking at the SAS website, I can see that there are SAS EuroBonus-branded MasterCards; an SAS-branded Diners Club card; and an SAS-branded American Express card--but the MasterCards are only issued in Denmark, Finland, Norway, and Sweden; the Diners Club card only in Denmark, Norway, and Sweden; and the American Express card only in Sweden.

So my question is: Is there any credit or charge card that I can use, as an American--perhaps through the broader Star Alliance--to accrue points that can be redeemed for flights on SAS?

Thanks so much for your help!

I have a United Mileage Plus card (registered to a US address) which accrues United miles. They're in *A so I suppose you could redeem your miles for SK flights.

To my knowledge the only USA credit card to offer Eurobonus miles directly is Citi's Diners Club Mastercard. (In the USA and Canada Diners Club cards are Mastercards.) Unfortunately, Citi is no longer accepting applications for Professional (personal) Diners Club cards.

Eurobonus does not participate in the USA version of American Express Membership rewards, but MR points can be transferred to several Star Alliance carriers for travel on SAS.

Information about Membership Rewards is here...

To participate in Membership Rewards you must apply for an American Express charge card: Green, Gold or Platinum. Do not choose the free Blue credit card which participates in Membership Rewards Express because Express points cannot be transferred.

Eurobonus also does not participate in Starwood Preferred Guest, but there are several Star Alliance partners. (Note the unfavorable transfer ratios to three Star members: Continental, Singapore and United.)

American Express is the issuer of the SPG affinity credit card, but search for better offers before applying...

Choosing between Membership Rewards and SPG involves a tradeoff. Membership Rewards transfers are generally faster, in many cases instantaneous, which means you can transfer after verifying that the award inventory is available. However, Starwood awards a 5,000 mile bonus when transferring 20,000 points.
