EL AL Matmid - ElAl Negociations/ Customer Rep.

Hi,
I am spending a lot of money every year for personal/family and professional travels from Israel (in the 50-100 000 dollars range depending on the year) I am now dealing with a travel agent that gives me a few percents discount and provides me with great service and prompt answers. However, I may be able to work with a customer Rep from ElAL get a good deal with benefits and probably better discounts. What do you think? Whom should I contact? Phone number?

Call to EL-AL Call Center, 03-9771000, When someone answer you please ask
them to transfer you to the commercial desk, With them you can discuss
regarding regular discounts.

- You will have to fly S/Y/D/C/I/F for discounts
- If you fly often to specific area they will probably offer you the "Kartisia"
- They will probably talk to you if you scratch the 100k$
