Hey flyertalk'ers.

WOW im confused with SAS at the moment. At their website is posted as follows: As a EuroBonus Gold card holder or travelling in Business class you are also welcome to visit SAS lounges when arriving from a SAS intercontinental flight. But but but, last time I arrived in CPH from NY i was denied acces... So today I asked the SAS web support about this, and the guy i talked to told me that its NOT possible at ALL uising the SAS Lounge at arrival...

Any of you guys knowing better? :)

And if thats the case, its not possible to use the lounge on arrival, sas got a problem when its stated on their website....

Usually you are not permitted to use the lounge on arrival.
You have to present a valid boarding card for an outbound flight..

Same here, I have also visited arriving from both BKK and PEK. I have been there more times arrving from IC flights, but then I think I have had one more flight left to TKU. But for sure I have had CPH as a final destination at least on the two flights above, and I have been able to use the lounge at those times.

Yes this is really strange. Im flying home from Tokyo soon and would like a shower before i go to a meeting right after im landed in copenhagen, so think I will just refere to the statement on their website. If the dragon wont let me in I will simply send a complaint straight to Eurobonus!

Bring a print-out. Or two, the same information is on sas.se, sas.dk and flysas.com!

I second - do bring a print out if the access is important to you. As EBG (and previously *G, donīt know if it has been removed?) you are indeed entitled to use any SAS lounge when arriving on a intercontinental flight (any class).

It's only for EBG in any class. However, the C boarding pass worked, no questions asked, about 2 weeks ago.
