Fairmont President's Club - Best place to use dining certificates

Hi!

Question for those of you who have stayed at Fairmont Waterfront Vancouver and Chateau Frontenac Quebec City.

Where would be the best place to use up the $100 dining certificates? Better restaurant at either location?

Better dinner or buffet breakfast at either location?

I had a good meal at the Waterfront before... I usually find the food at all Fairmonts good and consistent. Perhaps check out a resto board liek chowhound.com for reviews of both spots

AFAIK you also don´t have to use up $100 at once, as it comes in 4x $25 (as you can also use the vouchers for the spa).

I'll check out regular restaurant review websites - just thought I'd throw it out here too.

It will depend on how many people will be at the meal but the $100 will probably go fast!
Just wondering if one of the restaurants there stood out.

Le Champlain at Chateau Frontenac is an excellent restaurant. And you 100$ is not going to get you very far even for 2 people. Enjoy!
