I'm travelling to Saigon soon, hoping to get some prescription eyeglasses filled there. Anybody have any recommendation for opticians? Prefer if they use high-index lenses from European / Japanese vendors. (Essilor, Zeiss,
Hoya)

And can the order be filled within 4-5 days?
