Mileage Run Discussion - How to maximize trip to reach DL PM?

I need to get from DEN or COS to DKR the second week of November...any suggestions on how to maximize miles to reach PM? The direct JFK-DKR flight leaves me short, but if I can route through Europe at a reasonable price, it can work. So far, I havent had much luck!!

if you are 2k or so short, go via the left coast......good luck....
