hi everyone,
after 70something az flights this year, i become FA.
i called to get a confirmation from the customare care that the status was update on all the sistems and i was told so.
the moment i got to checkin at the airport, though, i was told that i was still CU. i called the az cc immediatly and they confirmed that i was FA and all terminals should have the same information.
there was no chance the lady at the checkin could acknowledge that, so no lounge for me.
i'm on my way back and it happened again (i did not complain before because i thought it was only a matter of time).
why did that happen, i mean, if the FA status is loaded onto the AZ sistems, how can it be that it doesn't show up at the airport?
anyone had the same experience?:mad:
