Asiana Club - Discount coupon for diamond

I made (again) diamond last year and recieved my new membership card. After looking online I see that I should also get a coupon for a one time 50% off for a mileage reward. I dont have it and would like to go know how can I request a new one?

The coupons are now electronic. You no longer need the physical paper. Just call or visit an OZ office and make your booking and mention you want to use the coupon. Provided it hasn't expired (I think they only have 1-year validity), it should be no problem.

If I call OZ can they tell me if my coupon is still valid?

I imagine so. But if you recall when you got your Diamond card last year, it should be 1 year from that date I believe. Best to check with OZ though to be sure.

I received my Gold and Diamond package within a month after attaining the status.

I don't recall exactly, being I reached three different levels (Gold, Diamond, Diamond Plus) in very short order so the exact details are a bit fuzzy to me. For at least one of the levels (Gold I think), I got the package, though it was quite delayed. For Diamond and Diamond Plus I went to the Asiana Club counter at ICN and requested my card due to the package not being received yet, and they issued me the contents of the package right there. I think for Diamond Plus I ended up getting the package also, so got the "exciting" free gift twice - those wonderful but never used luggage tags.

Put them on eBay. You might be surprised what people pay for Diamond+ luggage tags.
