The problem with the game as reported by rrgg is valid. But they took it down for a couple of days to fix it and now the game is up and running again. Note that the game was made by a subsidiary (named "Rascal") of the advertising contractor which is responsible for the main bulk of OA's campaign.

Although, in my opinion, OA's main campaign (TV Ads, Magazines, etc.) is excellent, this game (made by Rascal) was not one of its brightest moments. Putting up a game like this is IMHO a good way to get people engaged (I enjoyed playing several times), but it seems that eventually "Rascal" did a very slipshod work that doesn't do justice to the whole advertising effort... :(
OA should keep an eye on those guys in the future...

I agree on Olympic Air customer service. They are very fast and efficient ^^. If this is representative of the way the whole system works, I don't think I need to fly Aegean (A3) again! Besides, the new OA have "cream skimmed" A3 in terms of staff, officers and executives, with some of the best -former A3- people trying to build a whole new career from scratch chez new OA. Myself, I will certainly give them a chance!

On the 23rd, I received an email with a new account number and PIN and was told to enter my personal details by the 27th to be entered in the drawing to be held the 29th.

I tried almost every day, but the website would never let me login. Did others have this problem? Today it finally worked, but it's the 28th.

Did others have this problem? Maybe with some luck I'll still make into the drawing tomorrow, but I think I'm out of luck.
