I have unused awards on JetBlue.

Does travel have to ticketed before these awards expire (1 year from issue date), or does the travel have to completed before expiry date?

Can someone confirm it is one year to book, and then close this thread?

Thanks!

I'm not 100% but I'm pretty sure its one year to BOOK then how ever long they are selling tickets at the time.

A TruePass is valid for a one way flight.

Does one way flight mean all segments are included? Or does it this mean one TruePass award is needed per segment? Say I want to book SFO-MCO-SJU and back, do I need 2 Truepasses or 4 TruePasses per person?

Assuming that you can book SFO-SJU online that is one pass, even with the connection. I'm not sure that B6 offers any three segment itineraries so that particular one might not work (SFO-MCO stops in AUS, I believe) but otherwise it should be only one TB pass each way per person.

You have to use the pass within one year of its issuance. By use they mean book the ticket as at that time the pass is declared used. You can book a flight for as far in advance as the schedule is open on that day which lately tends to be about 6 months ahead. I've used a one way pass to travel from SFO-JFK-CUN and that was no problem. If you are trying for a destination only served from Orlando I would call, -- SFO-BOG for instance will not come up online so you might not be able to book that on one pass.
