Flying SIN-NRT next week in J (Business).

Am QF Platinum (oneworld Emerald)

This page
http://www.jal.co.jp/en/inter/lounge/asia/sin/

suggests flight leaves from T1 and you have access to either the QF/BA 1st lounge or the SATS Premium lounge.
As QF I can also access the QF Biz lounge (which imho is not much different from QF 1st)

Which would you recommend??

Also.
Any meal selections I should be putting in?
I called JAL and got a window seat so happy about that.

The photos of the food and 'massage' area appear to be in the SATS lounge and look more impressive than Qantas lounge.

I have been in QF lounge at SIN many times.. It is quite good.. Great showers, decent hot and cold food, good WiFi, and Joseph Perrier champagne.. Staff is excellent.. would highly recommend it...

Very timely question for my upcoming trip next week as well. Do I get access to the QF/BA F lounge if traveling in JL F? I think the JAL website indicates says but want to confirm here. Thank you.

Yes, that's a OW rule. You get reciprocal lounge access based on class of travel.

IMO the BA/QF is the best of the OW lounges in SIN. They have a nice wine selection, and passed appetizers in the evening.

With my 6 hour layover I just checked out the 3 OW lounges at SIN: SATS; QF; CX. My preferences are:

1. SATS - best food, quiet if you are before the departing flights, massaging chairs which could be renamed the "orgasmatron".

2. QF - large, rather noisy and crowded, food pretty mediocre. Staff nice.

3. CX - small, rude staff, crappy food and beverage selection. I was surprised.

I had a long layover in SIN connecting a JAL earlier this year. Spent most of it in the BA/QF F lounge. No real complaints, although there is not much in the way of workspace.
