Flying Blue (Air France & KLM) - Earn Miles with SkyTeam: AF vs KL website

There are many mistakes on the two websites for the miles that you earn on ST compagnies.
AF website is not credible vs KLM one:
For example
On Korean Air
you win nothing in C on AF website but 175% on KLM one!
in J you win 135% on AF website but 175% on KLM one
in F,P you win nothing on AF website but 200% on KLM one
in R you win 165% on AF website but 200% on KLM one

On NWA
in B,Y you win nothing on AF website but 100% on KLM
in C you win 150% on AF website but 175% on KLM
in Z you win 150% on AF website but 125% on KLM
in I you win 125% on AF website but 150% on KLM

On Delta
in J you win 175% on AF website but 150% on KLM one
in A you win 150% on AF website but 175% on KLM one
in C,D you win 150% on AF website but 125% on KLM one
in P you win nothing on AF website but 150% on KLM one

etc, etc same on Kenya airways, Alitalia, CSA, even on KLM with no C on KLM website but 175% on AF site.

Who believe?
Probably KLM is almost always right, but it is not very serious.

I think that, when there's a difference between the two sites, then the KL one is almost always the correct one. Even for AF/KL trips, the AF website is often wrong: for example, do a dummy booking for an "F" ticket, say, CDG-LAX r/t, and click the "Earn Miles" button; you'll be shown a quite large number. Now go back and book the cheapest-of-the-cheap r/t, say, CDG-AMS and, when you again click "Eanr Miles," you'll still be shown the figure from the F CDG-LAX itinerary! It works the other way round, too: if you try the CDG-AMS sub-eco first, the miles you'll be shown for the CDG-LAX in F will be a meagre 374!

However, for 'booked' (or in-process) KL/AF itineraries on the KL website, the "miles earned" figures are - in my experience - pretty accurate and reliable, these days.

For the SkyTeam earning rates, though, I think you just have to use a mixture of common sense (a great strength of the FB team ) and imagination: the concept of earning nothing on premium-cabin fares is simply preposterous.

I do not agree with your indulgence (even if I like your humor ^)
I choose my booking class regarding the EQM, and, I need a precised rule for that:
It does not concern only premium fares but also eco, with BC given miles on one site and no miles on the other
An other example
on Kenya Airways, on AF website, booking class E,Y,U,G,X give 0 mile and on KL E=75% Y=100% U,G,X=50%...

AF/KL has to unify the rules for everybody (FF or not) that consults their two sites.

don't worry, they'll fix the websites in a couple of years
just in time for the next change of rules
