Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles - Help which TK flight -IST -> JFK or IST -> ORD

Hi Flyer Talk'ers! Hoping you could help a newbie out. I can fly back in business class on either TK's direct non stop from IST to JFK or ORD. The fight into JFK is on a 777- which I assume is the "nice plane" from jet airways? the flight to ORD is on Airbus 330.

I am making a connection when I get to the US so i really dont have a preference but would rather try for the flight with the better service, seats, entertainment, food- etc etc. Any help or opinions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

I just did a trip in C on both of those flights, one out-bound and one in-bound. The 777-300 is far better, no question about it. Particularly if you are on your own. The seats are proper flat beds, which is not the case on the 330/340. The entertainment system too is better in my opinion. Food is all the same, ie good.
