Other Credit Card Programs - New Chase CC promos

Chase marketing has apparently been very busy-in the last two days I received mailers for my Freedom,Marriott and Southwest Visa cards.All are valid for the last quarter 2009-has anyone else received promos for different Chase cards? I also have UA and CO-nothing on those so far.

I received a promo for my Priority Club Visa. It's 3x points on spending over $500 per month (max 10k bonus pts./month) for Oct-Dec. Not overwhelming, but it's something.

Most CC companies are doing their annual "ramp up spending for the holidays" by offering bonuses. This generally takes place starting in Septmeber and lasts through December. I've garnered a lot of extra points during this time and the promotions they offer really do work to get me to spend on their card (if the points are what I'm looking for).

Can you get more than one Chase CC bonus by applying for two different personal cards in the same calendar year? Say, some CO miles and also some SWA credits?

Or, do they hold you to one personal-card bonus and one biz-card bonus per calendar year?

Yes, you can get more than 1 card in a calendar year. However they will give you only 1 card (personal or business) within a 6 month period. At least that has been my experience in 2009.

It was 4 months earlier this year. Now it seems to be 6 months.

I was pleasantly suprised to have Chase offer me double miles on numerous purchase categories (restaurants, hotels, air, etc.) on my UA card. First promo card was for three months till the end of July and then I got another one which extended it through the end of October. Needless to say virtually all bonus category purchases have gone on the card. I also just received a new promo but it is only good for phone, cable, internet, insurance and gym memberships through the end of Dec. That one does not bring me much since most of those charges go on my HH AMEX. Not sure why I was targetted but I will take it while I can. Previously I really had not used my Chase UA card very much.

Man, if only I were that lucky. I been using the card for 2 years already apparently, and I'm wondering where the annual fee is getting charged because I know it's already past the first year, but I don't see it. But to have extra promos to use the credit... I wish!
