Radisson goldpoints plus - London - SAS Portman or Park Plaza County Hall?

I have the option of staying at either of the above for 2 nights on business. Read a few reviews on trip advisor and a mixture of good/bad for both. Anyone had any experience? I am a Gold Elite so I'm hoping for lounge access at both (and possibly a room upgrade). Location isn't a problem. I'm currently leaning toward Park Plaza...

My personal preference is Park Plaza County Hall as well. Not sure if it has a lounge - can't remember - never used it. mind you it doesn't have great views.

The Park Plaza County Hall actually has a lounge with a terrace. The view gehts better the higher you get. 1408 (Penthouse) has a very nice private terrace overlooking london eye and Houses of Parliament. Quite nice.
