Virgin flying club - Upper Class seating question

Have a flight SFO-LHR coming up.. I would really appreciate any opinions.

Only seats left are 19K - rearmost seat in the nose, and 22K - half way between galley and bar.

Which is the least bumped/least noisy?

Assuming you're on your own I'd go for 19K, more private. Though you may get some noise from the galley. With 22K you risk noise from the bar, and a lot of foot traffic.
