I have a nice 20" briggs and riley carryon but I am looking for a slightly smaller tote to take on quick overnight trips. needs to hold a laptop, one change of clothes and a just a few small things.
Question about this rolling tote - will it find UNDER the seat in front of me, or will it have to go in overhead? I like the 16" max size of this tote, and I assume it is perfect for overnight and a laptop so I could leave the 20" briggs at home... trying to travel lighter and lighter...

I'm not familiar with the Travelpro tote you mention, but I have a Delsey rolling tote that measures 17 x 13 x 7 and so far it has always fit under the seat in front of me, including in a CRJ.
