We'll be visiting friends in central Baltimore that don't have cable TV. Any suggestions on a congenial place to watch the game? I'm sure it will be playing at the ESPN Zone in the Inner Harbor, but the thought of sitting in that place for 4 hours gives me hives.

It's slightly away from the Inner Harbour, but you might try Ropewalk. The atmosphere is quite a bit less nauseating and they have quite a few TVs.
