Travel Update for Those Impacted by the California Wildfires
If you are a guest of Virgin America impacted by the wildfire emergencies in California, you may change your travel plans without change or cancellation fees for flights originating and arriving in LAX effective today (October 23) through October 29, 2007.
For those guests affected by the wildfire emergencies who would like to make a change to their travel plans, all change fees have been waived. However, rescheduled travel may result in a higher fare. Guests who would like to cancel their flights will receive a credit in the amount of the fare paid. Guests must have purchased affected travel prior to October 23, 2007.
Virgin America advises impacted guests to call Virgin America reservations at 1-877 FLY-VIRGIN (877 359-8474) to make a change to their itinerary.
