Is there anywhere in Niagara (probably the Canadian side) with kosher food which is open in November?

If you are looking for a restaurant I don't think that there is one at any time of the year
Chabad did have a Pizza shop in the entertainment tourist area. You could check Chabad Niagara Falls for details
There is plenty of Kosher food available in the supermarkets and grocery stores. Just look for the regular American Certifications, OU,OK, Star-K etc and the two reliable local ones, COR and MK (Montreal Kosher)

I believe there is a place or 2 in Buffalo which is a PITA although appx an Hours drive from NF. Chcek the Young Israel of Buffalo or better yet www.shamash.org
