Hey, is there any site / thread where I can get:
A list of the airline codes (e.g., US = USAir)
A list of USAir's fare class codes and what each one means
Thanks!

You could try "search". But that's just a crazy suggestion.
In terms of Question 1, enter "airline codes" in Google (http://www.google.com/) and it will lead you to many sources including this one. (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IATA_airline_designator)

Glad to see some FTers can move beyond the banal "do a search" response and actually provide a concrete answer/advice.
FWIW, a search is not so simple as one may think in any of these forums.
For example, if one types in "US Fare Codes", your search will return the following automated response: The search term you specified (US) is under the minimum word length (4) and therefore will not be found. Please make this term longer.
Using the term "fare codes" creates a list of 225 threads at this moment in time.
Inserting "fare class codes" returns 102 threads to browse
A new member or even a so-called experienced user may end up in a virtual holding pattern as they try to find the better search term to return the information they're looking for. And remember, the most current information is often mixed in with antiquated information/responses.
So my point is to be kind to folks who ask questions which sometimes appear repetitive. I myself will do a cursory search, but quite frequently the results are not what I want or return too much conflicting information. I, like most of us here, post my question and hit send and hope that a helpful FTer can assist me. Of course, that's almost always the case.
Happy flying,
Barry
