Have you tried hotel Haaga, Arthur, Pilotti, Park Hotel Käpylä or any of the Palace hotels, ie Palace Sello next to Leppävaara train station (time to Helsinki 15 min)?

another tool that I sometimes use is Hotelzon http://www.hotelzon.com/fi/in_english/
Click on 'User without user-ID'

Will allow you to look at general availability, although not necessarily accurate. I tend to use it to get an idea of hotels available, do a google search for hotel details and call them up direct. It also has a map based search availability.

You can also call their service centre (+358 600 93777) who can do a search and book for you. Although if no availability, they are just as useless as any other service.
