I need to transfer from LGA to EWR and also read the airport's website. I still can't find the way, except taxi to use.
Is it possible from LGA to EWR into 2 hour? How much it will cost me?
Thanks.

It's not clear whether the OP has two hours gate-to-gate, or two hours allowing for bag claim, check-in, etc.
I've been out of the metro area for a year or so, so I can't comment on the cost of taxis, etc. However, I can say that ordinarily, two hours is enough time to travel by car, or by train/car combo via Penn Station, from EWR to LGA.

my planning flight will arrive at LGA at 10:06 am and I should have checked luggages. My following flight will be depart from EWR at 14:37 and I aslo will checkin my luggages.
I have an alternative flight is arriving at JFK at 9:24.
That day will be on Sunday.
Please tell me it's possibility and how to transport in the cheapest way.
Thanks for all NYC experts!

I would arrive JFK at 9:24, take the AirTran to Jamaica Station, take the subway and "E" train to 34th Street/ Penn Station, take Amtrak or NJTransit from Penn Station to Newark Airport, and Newark AirTrain from the train station to EWR Airport. I think that'd be the easiest public transportation option, can be done in under two hours.

I second JFK, You could also take the Airtrain to Jamaica and take the LIRR to Penn Station, less stops but you'll only save a few minutes and spend alot more.

The taxi will cost ~$100, plus or minus (~$35 LGA -> my apartment and ~$55 my apartment -> EWR, but I haven't done it in a while so it is probably worse now).
The JFK to the trains option will take about 2 hours, depending on whether you have to wait for a NJ Transit train or not, and should be relatively uneventful. It'll cost $22 ($5 for the AirTrain, $2 for the subway and $15 for NJTransit).
If you have checked luggage is it something that you're willing and/or able to schlep up and down stairs and through train stations? Otherwise just take the taxi.

"A lot" more? The LIRR is only $1.00 more than the subway on Sundays, using "City Ticket," available only from LIRR ticket vending machines.
Another option is to take the Princeton Airporter bus from JFK to EWR. There's an 11:00 AM departure which is due in to EWR at 12:30 PM; fare is $24 one way and the bus will pick up the OP at his JFK terminal, and drop him at his EWR terminal.

My best time is 45 mins from front door to Jamica Station (Kew Gardens) to the gates in EWR. I got lucky at hit the transfer at the time it was departing otherwise it used to take about 1hr 20 mins.

My luggage is only one backpacker. If I need to use trains, I think I am ok to carry it.
Besides I will check the website of Princeton Airporter bus. It sounds very convenient.
Thanks again.

The basics have been covered here, but you can find more details about the various options at the NYC Forum's wiki FAQ for NYC airport transportation (http://flyerguide.com/wiki/index.php/NYC_Airports_to_Manhattan_Transportation_FAQ).

What is the fastest and cheapest way to get from Penn Station to LGA on a Monday morning for my 8 am flight? I have to be at airport check-in by 6:45 am at LGA. I will be coming in on a train and transferring at Secacus to get to Penn, so I don't have to go to Penn station if there is another way. Thanks.

Since you need to be there by 645AM (and you should be there even earlier if you are checking bags with an airline that you have no status and therefore no dedicated check in line-LGA is a zoo on Monday mornings), the only really practical way would be to take a cab from Penn Station (cabs will be plentiful). Should run about $25-$28 with toll and tip. Combination of subway and bus would require you to leave the city by 530AM or so.

I'd strongly suggest switching to EWR if possible - even with change fees.

Would I be able to take subway up north to hook up with airport bound M60 bus from Penn Station? Thanks for the tip about getting to LGA even before 6:45 am for my 8 am flight. I am on Northwest they are usually pretty good with short line ups. Would you say 630 am is better?
