I'm books to fly AZ coach to Rome at the beginning of October. Even though the cabin is half empty, they haven't offered Business Easy fares for over two months. Any chance they'll sell me a reasonably priced upgrade if there are seats available at the last minute?

This is one of the cheapest fare out there.
I highly doubt it would be upgradable, unless you wish to shell out the full fare class difference...
