when do you discuss your observance, needs? who pays for friday night hotel, perdiem, more expensive flights, etc? have any experience with non-US companies? are Israeli companies different easier in this regard?

my memory IS awful, but to me they are different questions: one about workers' issues like bosses, this question more aimed at conultants' issues.
