I'm sure this is a continuing discussion, but I know that VX hasn't set up any lounge access.

My real question is, as an AMEX Centurion and Priority Pass Holder, are there any lounges I can access at JFK and LAX for my upcoming trip?

Yup. That's kinda the point of Priority Pass :) You can use any of the lounges on the exhaustive list, you do not need to be travelling with the particular airline on that day.

I thought so. I've only used it once, in Cancun. I used the Aeromexico lounge, but was flying 1st class on DL, so they told me it was a SkyTeam lounge share, eventhough I handed in my PP card at the front desk.

I use that option fairly often as I fly CO & DL a ton (& now AA). But, the one in Cancun was an Aeromexico lounge.

Only when flying on DL metal. Ditto for the NW/CO/AA access.

Has there been any update from VX on Lounge Access?
