(I should probably post a new thread about this, but that seems kind of silly....)
On the same note, 3 cheers to Gold line CS agent Megan, who is working at 3 am ET, an ungodly hour no matter where you are. You've answered my calls at that time twice now, and have always provided exemplary customer service!
