As one who did his share of complaining in the mid 90s when CCY had its share of issues, I truly hope all of you who have experiences "issues" on US take the time to let them know, and also let the DOT know. Tempe really thinks because the number of complaints is down, yet they are still dead last in complaints, that it's an improvement. :td:
