So I log onto usairways.com and it shows I have 0 miles. 2 weeks ago I had 35K. My last activity was within 18 months (but there are no activity records shown on the web site when I request the last 3 years of activity).
I email DM and I get this: Dear Mr. Henderson, we have no record of an account with that number.
That's not my name.

Sounds like we all ought to print out our activity screens in case this happens to others.
Any chance you logged in during one of the monthly database updates and your miles are back today? I know my AA balance goes to zero once a month during their maintenance operations. Freaked out the first time it happened.

Have you tried to call DM? You should be able to get to the bottom of it over the phone, it will probably take forever to get it straightened out via email/usairways.com

MY story is that I did have 18 months of no activity, but recieved no warning e-mail until the miles were "forfieted" and the balance was zeroed. I immediately purchased the lowest miles and e-mailed DM to explain the non-warning. Within 4 days, the miles were restored.

I have had plenty of activity within the past 18 months, and account vanished to 0! Anyone else having this problem?!

Is it still at 0? As stated above, the website has been known to do funky things, like wipe out flight activity history. I suggest checking again, and if your mileage bank is still at 0, do live web chat.
