Anyone have any clue on who to talk to at the Internation Res Desk or how you assure that you get someone in Winston Salem to help you?
I am trying to deal with a change to an international res. . . and I keep getting transfered to these idiots in international reservations.
On the same reservation:
1. I lost my upgrades paid for with miles because someone screwed up in international res.
2. Called to try and upgrade at a later date, and ended up with a canceled reservation
3. Now I have had to make a change to the itin, and that took 3 hours on the phone today. It started with the international desk trying to change my departure to today! I am leaving in a few weeks. . . not today.
I need to make one more small change to my companion's ticket, and I cannot get any service what so ever.
And I keep getting the "it will get better soon, we are all being cross trained!" comment. . . and my response is "Great, but I need help now . . . "
Anyone PM me a direct number to WS reservations, or offer some tips or help?
