Hi,

Does anybody know of a decent, CLEAN, safe and affordable Bed and Breakfast on or near the Upper East Side for 2 young adults, 22 and 26, brother and sister, to spend a week over the new year ?

Many thanks in advance.

Any particular reason you want a B&B vs. other types of accommodations?

And any particular reason for UES?

Yes to both:

We'd like them to be close to their mother and me as she's staying with me (and I don't know any B&B in my neighborhood).

Hotels in the vicinity are too expensive.

If you know anything close by, please let us know.

You can try Franklin hotel on 87th, right by the subway station. http://www.franklinhotel.com/

There is also a new Courtyard Marriott on 92nd. This maybe your best bet.

Hotel Wales is right by the park on 92nd, kinda expensive, but nice.
